Northwest Aurora Neighborhood Organization (NANO) was very fortunate, through Marilyn Nadine Caldwell , to meet Lisa White, the Executive Director and her husband, Kurt, owners of the "Roaming Gnome Theatre" . They are new to the neighborhood and are primarily a children's theatre, with actors/singers, ages 4-18. We learned from her presentation that Lisa has over 30 years in education, specializing in neurodivergent students. They have a great team with Adam Kuhn their Lighting Designer who also teaches art classes, Alex Oliver, Artistic Director, and Cody Jacobs, Music Director. They have three shows in the spring, two shows in the summer, and three shows in the fall. Their theatre seats about 70 people. We can't wait to attend one of their shows and give them our support✨
(We provide dinner to our paid NANO members. Dues are only $10 per year🤗)
We also recognized Veterans who attended our meeting and thanked them for their service 🇺🇸
