Stepping Out of the Bubble

A few months ago, my Apostle looked at me and said, “Apostle Harris, you need to get out of your bubble.” Now normally, I wouldn’t share a private conversation like that, but I felt led to tell this story because so many of us have pulled away from fellowship after dealing with unwanted attention, jealousy, hatred, witchcraft… gossip. Right. Whatever the reason, for most of us, it came from pain.

After 20 years of building in the shadows, I finally took his advice. And like a curious toddler, I stepped out — nothing major — just a small conference hosted by a beautiful woman of God I met through an acquaintance. That one simple act opened the door to meeting phenomenal women of God, and I’m truly grateful I obeyed leadership.

So to everyone who has been fed up with church folks — just like I was — let me encourage you: come out of your bubble. Let God lead you to a new circle, a healed circle, a God‑ordained circle… a people who will honor you. Listen, my circle consists of an elite group of beautiful souls I now call friends. Come on out…try it again…LIVE!
