Aurora/Eglon Blessing Box The Blessing Box is located at the Deerwood Service Center off of Route 50 in Aurora. All items are free as needed and donations can be placed in the box.

It is stocked with non-perishable food items, paper products, personal care items and more.

Huge thanks to our great community for all the support. The Blessing Box has a new location. We’re grateful for the AAHS who housed us & helped our mission to serve our community for 6+ years. Now with a change in venue, we are already seeing more foottraffic and many donations from local individuals and organizations, especially Lions Club. What a blessing to have a revived mission to love your neighbor as yourself!

Following the repair of the doors which came off this winter, the Blessing Box needed an interior face-lift. It now has a fresh coat of paint as well as doors, latches, and hinges.

We know $150 in food items were given away last week. We are thankful it is getting so much traffic. We feel it is helping those in need.

We are sharing this flyer with our local churches in hopes others may be able to help keep it stocked. We are grateful to live in such a generous community.

Unfortunately the Blessing Box is temporary unavailable due to repairs needed after damage from the high winds last week. We will update as soon as back in service. Please feel free to PM us if there is a specific need in the meantime. Thank you for your understanding. God Bless!

Aurora Blessing Box will be accepting NEW or GENTLY USED SHOES ONLY now thru 8/21/22! We will be making shoes available at Aurora School Open House on 8/22 for families to take as needed for their child’s gym shoes as required for the new gym floor. You may leave at Blessing Box ONLY 8/16-8/21/22 and they will be picked up daily. Please no clothes, shoes only at this time. Thank you for your support!

*Any new or gently used shoe sizes for kids PreK to 8th Grade.
