Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to support our executive leadership and drive operational excellence. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and technology skills who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor and right hand to the CEO
Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Manage executive communications, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement
Coordinate presentations, proposals, and internal communications
Represent SE in community and professional settings across Illinois
Oversee special projects and ensure timely ex*****on
Support business development and client relationship management
Champion innovation and digital tools to streamline operations
Qualifications
Proven experience in executive support or Chief of Staff roles
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Deep understanding of Illinois community networks
Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft 365, AI tools, and virtual collaboration platforms
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
