Entrance sign project is officially completed! Solar light caps were added to the poles today to add a bit of light from the top of the signs.

A nice improvement to our entrance!

Again…thank you to all who paid their dues this year…without your support, we wouldn’t have been able to do this project!

Repairing Cattail Cove has been an ongoing project. But the project is finally completed!
The city donated dirt, sand and grass seed to repair the ruts from previous flooding issues.
Resident Seth Childers, with one of his crew, Michael, finished the project today…just before the ☔️.

Thanks to all who helped with this project!

When everyone does a little bit, we can get a lot done!

The Chatham HOA is in need of volunteers. We are asking for the younger/newer families to step up and take a turn. The long time Bd members are looking to "retire" and are asking that residents consider making a commitment to their community. Having new members on the Bd brings new energy and new ideas. Reminder, you must pay your dues to be on the Board.

Some of the possible options for involvement:
*Entrance Committee (spring clean up, fall/holiday decorations
*Social Events....a casual kick ball game or bocce/cornhole night at Cattail Cove, a 4th of July parade through Chatham
*Directory Committee
*Dues Letter/Collection Committee
*Message Bd Duty (EASY job!!)

Meetings are conducted via ZOOM and occur 4-5 times a year.
It doesn't require a lot of time or a huge commitment.

An ENORMOUS thank you to Allyson Maxwell, Mary Ann Aardema, Stephanie Demyan, Debbie & Gary Lack for the cleanup and planting at the entrance of Chatham!

THANK YOU to those who have paid their dues…without your support we wouldn’t be able to do this project!

And finally, the second sign has been repaired and painted and tentative date for re-install is Friday, May 23. Fingers crossed.

For those who knew her, longtime resident Patricia Gram passed away, Thursday morning. She and her husband, David raised their 3 children in Chatham and were very active in the early days of the HOA.
Her obituary will be available tomorrow.
Condolences to the Gram Family and their friends.
