The Black Cat Picture Show offers film artists the opportunity to showcase independent cinematic productions in an intimate setting that facilitates the exchange of ideas in order to cultivate artistic growth; and to have their works adjudicated for awards and recognized as official selections. The Black Cat Picture Show is an international independent adjudicated film festival, awarding cash and trophies. Taking place annually at Le Chat Noir in Augusta, GA. The Black Cat Picture Show is now accepts submissions in the following categories:
Student (1st place $100)
Short (1st place $200)
Animation (1st Place $150)
Documentary (1st place $300)
Feature Narrative ($350)
Viewer's Choice ($50)
Staff Pick ($50)

If your film is chosen to be screened, you will receive two passes to the festival, admission for two to the Friday night reception (catered and open bar for film artists), admission for two to Sunday Brunch, swag bag (attendees only), discounts on additional passes, hotel rooms, and local restaurants. WHEN
The festival will take place annually over 3 days (Friday-Sunday) usually in the last half of August. Screenings will take place all three days, and the Award Ceremony will conclude the festival on Sunday.
