Message from Mesepp’s Visionary

In theory, children, adolescent and adults with emotional, mental health and addictive disease diagnosis are undeserved. In most cases, these individual and families have limited resources which restrict their ability to establish a healthier life. Apart from their mental illnesses, emotional distress and or addictive disease diagnosis, they are constantly faced with the challenges of maintaining basic needs to sustain better life; for example, many of these individuals and families are displaced or considered homeless, some have difficulties getting transportation to and from their appointments, some families have limited food, lack of dental care and inadequate job training, etc. These challenges are just a few common precipitating factors that I witnessed as a therapist and as an addictive specialist. Our organization is geared towards providing a holistic care by exploring precipitating factors that are associated with our consumers diagnosis and distress by providing the appropriate interventions to improve care."
