Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for a guided nature walk at Hedgehog Mountain in Freeport! It was a treat to slow down together, breathe in the forest air, and reconnect with the natural world through all of our senses.

A huge thank you to our marvelous guide for the morning—Hughes—for sharing his expertise and helping us experience the woods in a way many of us had not before.

Shared moments like this are a wonderful reminder of why we're in this fight and the importance of spending time connecting with the natural world.

Looking for a way to make a difference in this year’s election? MCV is hiring field organizers in western Maine to organize volunteers, speak with voters, and help elect pro-conservation and pro-environment candidates to state office!

Qualified applicants will be passionate about the environment, democracy, and will enjoy talking with people and listening to different perspectives. Previous organizing, canvassing, customer service, community outreach, or volunteer experience is helpful but not required. Paid training will be provided.

Hannah has the strongest record among candidates of putting the protection of the environment and climate action at the top of her priorities. She has years of demonstrated leadership, experience, and an unwavering commitment to protecting the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the future our children deserve.🌎

Every day, we see the Trump Administration favoring polluters over clean water and siding with oil and utility CEOs over clean energy, affordability, and our children’s future. Hannah has a proven record of standing up to special interests - like big oil companies and the chemical industry - and winning results for Maine families. 💪
