DCCM is saddened to learn that Randy Barfield has passed away after a lengthy illness. He was one of the Wednesday volunteers when we were inside. With his sweet nature and a big smile, he always made the clients he helped feel welcome. We extend our condolences to his husband Nick Savi and his family.

DCCM Food Pantry will hold the last 3 distributions for 2023 on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the St. John UMC parking lot. Bring a GA ID. Walkups with carts are welcome. Those in vehicles should get in the car line and remain in their vehicles.

In June, DCCM will have two Mobile Markets, one on Saturday, June 3 and the other on Saturday, June 17. Both will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the St. John UMC parking lot on Telfair. Bring a picture ID. Walkups with carts are welcome.

The May Mobile Market is coming up on Saturday, May 20 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. in the St. John UMC parking lot on Telfair St. Volunteers are always welcome. Please come by 8:30 to help set up.

DCCM Food Pantry holds monthly drive up distributions on the 3rd Saturday each month in the St. John United Methodist Church parking lot on Telfair St. in Augusta from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Please bring a GA ID. Walkups with carts are welcome. In addition to the monthly distributions, there will be one additional distribution per quarter on the 1st. Saturday, on June 3, 2023, Oct. 7, 2023, and Dec.2, 2023. If you need food at other times, please check out the Golden Harvest Food Bank website, goldenharvest.org. They have a list of all the food pantries in their service area and when they are open.
