In this fun, one-hour workshop, youโll learn the art of building a beautiful charcuterie board featuring cured meats, artisanal cheeses, Maine grain crackers, fruits, nuts, and festive garnishes โ perfect for gatherings and celebrations.
The session will be led by Karen Getz, co-founder of Dancing Cow Farm, founder of Maine Crisp Co., and now founder of Specialty Food Design. Karen brings years of experience in artisan food production, branding, and entrepreneurship โ and a passion for high-quality Maine ingredients.
