☀️⛳ What a great couple of days with the MWUA community!

Our 2026 summer events brought together Association members, families, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners for two dynamic days of learning, networking, and fun.

The Annual Summer Outing at Lost Valley kicked things off with a hands-on safety training session, followed by co****le, a scavenger hunt, live music, lobster & steak, burgers & dogs, and plenty of time to connect — either on the way up the sunny hill on the ski lift, or below!

The following day, the Annual MWUA Golf Tournament at Val Halla Golf brought everyone together for a sold-out scramble for charity (the scholarship fund!). Our course this year featured food “on the turn”, prizes, and of course great company.

A huge thank you to EVERYONE who helped make both events such a success — supporters, sponsors, and all others who engaged with us. We’re already looking forward to 2027!

Not all superheroes wear capes… some protect our drinking water💧🦸‍♂️

Today we wrapped up our VSWS, Treatment I & Distribution I Exam Prep course at Maine Water’s stunning, not-so-secret lair! We closed strong with Water System Safety & Security, the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act, management considerations, exam tips, and one last round of water math practice.

To everyone in this class: good luck on your exams! Your hard work and commitment to the water industry don’t go unnoticed — we can’t wait to see you succeed. You’ve got this 💪
