We cannot stop thinking about how much fun we had volunteering at the Golden Harvest to close out Nurses week! We were able to help package over 126 boxes filled with beans, cereals, and other food items for their Summer Harvest program!

Mental Health Matters! We take today to remember a great event hosted by New Exodus Missionary Baptist Church. We were able to attend their Mental Health Forum, which featured our very own board member Theresa Brisker on their panel informing the community on why it is important to take your mental health serious. This event was refreshing and brought out big names in our community such as Judge Penny Brown Reynolds who is currently running for Secretary of State.

This Nurses Week, we proudly celebrate Antonio Golden, MSN, RN, President of the Concerned National Black Nurses of the Central Savannah River Area! 🩺

Mr. Golden’s leadership, dedication to neuroscience critical care, and passion for advancing health equity continue to make a lasting impact in both healthcare and the community. From mentoring future nurses to leading initiatives that empower underserved populations, his commitment to service reflects the true spirit of nursing leadership.
