WHY WE FIGHT FRIDAY 🩷🎗️VP Philanthropy & Service: Jordan Turner

🩷The summer before my senior year of high school, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. After many hard conversations with my family and her care team, she decided it was best to be aggressive and have a double mastectomy. Seeing my mom fight through this was one of the hardest things I’ve done. From seeing her in to hospital to helping take care of her post-op, I’ve never hated anything more than breast cancer. That’s why when I rushed ZTA, I knew I wanted to fight extra hard for our Philanthropy of Breast Cancer Awareness and Education! When the opportunity arose, I applied for Vice President of Philanthropy & Service. This has given me a special outlet to lead my sisters to help the fight until 1 in 8 becomes none in 8. Every percentage night, tabling event, and large fundraiser I get to plan I kept in mind the fighters and survivors like my mom.
