It was an exciting day at our Rotary Club meeting. Our Early Act Club from Baker Place Elementary made a special visit. They’ve helped teachers, hospital workers, and those in need through numerous drives, basic collections and focusing on what is beneficial for all concerned. That is what Rotary is all about. Our club also voted to send numerous pallets of water to Kentucky in conjunction with the Columbia County Rotary Club to help those in desperate need of bare essentials. It’s times like these where all Rotarians can show what it means to be a selfless servant.
