OTING INNOVATION” INITIATIVE. THIS PROJECT WAS FUNDED THROUGH THE FEDERAL MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PERCENTAGE (FMAP)/AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) DOLLARS THROUGH THE CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES (CMS) UNDER SECTION 9817 HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES (HCBS).
