Partnerships That Create Opportunities 😃

At Blount Beginnings, our mission doesn’t stop at preparing individuals for employment. We want to see them build careers, earn sustainable incomes, and move toward long-term stability.

We’re proud of our relationship with Stand Fast Residential Cleaning, a local business that has provided full-time employment opportunities for several individuals who have transitioned through our workforce development efforts.

As Stand Fast expands its services to include junk and trash removal, we encourage our community, especially property managers, landlords, apartment communities, and real estate professionals, to consider supporting their growth.

When local businesses grow, they create opportunities for local people.

Need property cleanouts, junk removal, or turnover services? Connect directly with Stand Fast at (770) 599-2747.

We’re grateful for businesses that recognize potential, provide opportunities, and help individuals move forward.

Stronger Partnerships. Stronger Workforce. Stronger Communities.

Finding employment and today’s time can be challenging, even though we all see the HIRING NOW signs. For a lot of our guys were in our program we have seen that they have really been diligent at filling out applications, doing follow up calls, and put in the best foot forward to find employment, but at the end of the day sometimes you don’t make it through the application phase or maybe they freeze up during interview interviews.

Because of this, our founder Devarion Blount is hitting the streets going door-to-door speaking to higher managers, business owners, and anyone else who has the time to be able to hear how they can make a difference in our community.

We always talk about trying to help with the homeless population, but we never stopped to think that sometimes it involves finding employment and now this is how you can help, Devarion challenged himself to help find all seven of our guys evening time employment opportunities, and we are hoping that you guys can help meet this goal. Share this video, comment on this video, send a DM to us or to his private page and let’s continue making changes within our community.

Welp needless to say Mr. Darrell had an amazing birthday. Hearing that its been over 25 years since he’s been to “Sit-Down” restaurant blew our minds. We had to be sure that he enjoyed this one. Happy Birthday Mr. Darrell 🎁🎊🎉

Have you seen our new home?

This is more than just a house. This is a place where men can rebuild their lives.
Our new facility allows us to provide housing for up to 20 men facing barriers related to homelessness, employment, and disabilities while participating in our BITSOT (Back In The Swing Of Things) Workforce Training Program. We are now in Month 2 of helping men gain the skills, confidence, and support they need to move toward lasting independence.
As we continue bringing this vision to life, we're asking our community to help us transform this house into a true home.
We're currently accepting donations of:
-Mirrors
-Wall art & paintings
-Bookcases
- Rugs
- Furniture
-Home décor..and other gently used household items that can help create a warm, welcoming space for our guys.
Every donation helps !!
If you'd like to donate or partner with us, please send us a message or contact us today.

Well…. Well… Well… looky what we have here. After posting earlier this week about one of our younger participants needing a size 16 shoe, we received a wonderful gift from Monique Luxyladiesinthelife Blount and we couldn’t be happier.

You know you’re doing good work when Mama comes through and supports the mission.

Thank you so much and as always “We Be Out Here Helping People” 🖤💛
