Hope for Adam - Be the Match

For those who are interested in attending, a visitation for Adam will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 from 4pm to 7pm at Plummer Funeral Home, 983 Ridge Rd., Windsor, ME 04363.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 11am at the funeral home, with a reception to follow at the Windsor Fire Department.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the following charities in Adam’s honor: the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society, The Pixel Fund, and the Kennebec Valley Humane Society. It is respectfully requested for those attending the visitation and/or funeral to wear a mask to ensure everyone’s safety.

3 miles left! Started to pour 1/4 of the way through last night but we finished up our mile in the beef barns. Winston wasn't happy about his photo in the rain

20.93 miles down! Forgot to post last night! Winston is ready for atleast another mile tonight. Paws crossed the rain holds!

18 miles down! Did 2 miles today! Winston was happy to be back to walking after the heatwave.

16 miles down 9 to go. The heat has slowed us down. Winston is trying his best to keep us going but even he can't beat the heat.

15 miles down, 10 to go! It's been a hot week for walking but we got through. Winston has made 2 new doggy friends from a distance (they are small and Winston is too big). Winston is over the photoshoot and ready to go

14 miles down. 11 to go. Winston says its been too hot to go during the day, so he requested we walk at sunset.

12 miles down. Winston and I walked the beef barns at the fairgrounds to stay out of the rain. Our route looks a bit chaotic but we did it.

11 miles down 14 to go. Winston was bummed we missed yesterday but he's not a friend of thunderstorms. Today was a great opportunity to teach Winston to not try to chase cars. Windsor Fire is holding the take it or leave it so tons of people coming in and out in cars. Winston very proudly took his photo in front of Windsor Rescue!

9.98 miles down. We had to hustle with the storm clouds looming. Winston is a bit scared of the thunder storms. Winston was a bit disappointed the French fry place was closed.
