Easter Egg Hunt Alert!

Attention Audubon Parents, Grandparents, and Businesses:
We are planning our last year of hosting the Easter Egg Hunt in Audubon and are in need of candy or monetary donations to fill the eggs. If you are able to donate, please drop your donations to Jenny Gust at 312 E.Division Street or Heather Toft at 1104 South Street.

The Annual hunt is planned for Saturday April 8th at 11AM in the city park.

**NOTE: Due to lack of membership, this will unfortunately be the last year the Audubon Women’s Association will be able to host this fun event for the kids in the community. Please consider taking this task on and reach out to Jenny Gust, Jen Mulford Stetzel, Tiffany Leigh Henkle, or Heather Toft with any questions.

The good news now, for kids that are having birthdays during this quarantine, we thought it would be fun if we made a sign to say “Honk its my bday” to move around to kids yards. we can maybe provide a small bright spot for the kids on their bday. Parents can request we put the sign in their yard and we can all take turns moving it around.

Due to risks associated with COVID 19 and large public gatherings, The annual Easter Fun Day and the Easter Egg Hunt, scheduled for Saturday, April 11th is cancelled. This decision was not taken lightly and is weighing on all of our hearts, as this is a great fundraiser for our group.

Audubon Women’s Association is having their annual Vendor & Craft Fair Sat Nov 9th from 10am-2pm.

We have over 20 craft and vendors lined up to fill the St Patrick's Parish Center Audubon, IA. You can get a lot of Christmas shopping done or shop for yourself! There will be food served from Jenny's kitchen. 3 different kinds of soup, sandwiches, chips, and bars made fresh by the members!
All of the money raised from our events goes towards scholarship money for a local eligible graduate!

Please join us for the annual Fall Fun Fest this Thursday, October 31st, from 3:45-5:00 at the Memorial Building!

We will leave the Memorial Building at 4:00 to Trick or Treat to the businesses and end at the Trunk or Treating in front of the Library.

Pizza, cookies and a drink available for purchase for $5.

CALLING ALL SPORTS FANS! The Wheelers are gearing up for the hectic baseball and softball season, and Landmands Bank wants to help! For every NEW LIKE that Landmands Bank's page receives today, through May 31st, we will "Fill The Cooler" for the Wheeler Baseball and Softball teams when they hit the road for the 2019 season. Audubon Women's Easter Fun Day this Sat April 20th from 11-12:45 with Easter Egg Hunt in City Park to follow at 1pm!!
Hope to see lots of kids there!! We have 10 bikes, 2 scooters, 2 ride toys, and many other prizes for the kids!!

Reminder, the Audubon Women's Association Fall Fun Fest is today from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. They will walk kids around the square and uptown businesses leaving the Memorial Bldg. at 3:45 PM. Trunk or Treat is back again in front of the Memorial Building for businesses off of main street. The street in front of the Memorial Bldg. will be blocked off to keep things safer. They will also be serving pizza, bars and a drink for $5 during this time inside the Memorial Bldg.

You can also Trunk or Treat by Audubon Church of Christ from 5-7pm.

Trick or Treat at Friendship Home between 6-7pm.

Please join us Tuesday October 31st from 3:30-5 pm for our annual Fall Fun Fest. Hotdog, chips and a drink will be available for $5. Trunk or Treating around the square at the participating businesses. So don't forget your costumes!! Hope to see you there!!!
