Last week, some of our Independence Pathway board members and participants had the opportunity to attend the Dream Center ENGAGE Banquet!

It was a wonderful evening of connection, encouragement and celebrating the meaningful work happening throughout our community.

We’re grateful to the Dream Center for bringing people together and for its continued commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a special evening!

Becoming an adult does not mean someone suddenly has everything figured out.

Young adults are expected to make important decisions about housing, employment, education, transportation, healthcare and money all of a sudden. Many have family members or trusted adults they can call when they need guidance. For young people transitioning from foster care or housing instability, that support system may be limited.

Independence Pathway strives to be that support system. Everyone deserves someone in their corner while they find their way. 💚

Independence Pathway provides housing, practical guidance and consistent support to help eligible young adults (18-24 years old) move toward greater stability and independence.

We welcome connections from case managers, schools, churches, community organizations and others serving young adults who may need additional support.
