When our Founder, Tanika Stewart and Co-Founder Tiffany Minniefield opened New Purpose Thrift in 2021 they did so with the mission to help the community. This was a mission they planned to attack together.
The unfortunate and unexpected passing of Tiffany in December was devastating, but helped us see that life is short and there is so much more that we need to be doing to make a difference. We have realigned our focus to helping as many in the community as possible.
With that being said it's with great sadness that we would like to announce that we are closing the doors to our Store effective July 8, 2022. However, we will continue to offer transitional housing through Bruised But Not Destroyed, Inc. and provide even more assistance to the community on an outreach basis.
