October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and our Road Patrol Deputies are proudly wearing pink badges throughout the month to shine a light on breast cancer awareness, encourage early screening, and support prevention efforts.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Deputy Sheriff’s Police Association of Cayuga County for generously providing these badges each year and helping us stand together in support of this important cause.

Recently I had the opportunity to join members of our agency in congratulating Judge Thomas Leone as he retires after 20 years on the bench. The members of our Deputy Sheriff’s Police Association presented Judge Leone with a plaque, thanking him for his service. We would like to wish you all the best Judge Leone. Have a long, happy, and healthy retirement.
