BECAUSE YOU SAID YES...🧡

You've prayed prayers we never heard.
You've carried burdens we never saw.
You've made sacrifices we may never know.
You've shown up when it wasn't convenient.
You've served when nobody was watching.

And through it all, you've continued to say YES to the call.

Today, we honor the hearts behind the ministry. Not just for what you do publicly, but for the prayers, sacrifices, and faithfulness that often go unseen.

To our Pastor, Elders, and Ministers — THANK YOU! 🙌🏾🧡

Your labor is not in vain.

At Axis Lab, we open Scripture and work through what it looks like to respond...in real situations, with real choices. Through discussion, hands-on activities, and personal reflection, we each identify a step to put into practice beyond Thursday night.

You’ve mastered showing up, pushing through, and being strong for everybody else.

But who’s checking on YOU?

Just because you’re functioning doesn’t mean you’re not hurting.

And just because you’ve learned to carry it doesn’t mean you were meant to carry it alone.🧡

CHALLENGE YOURSELF…🤔

Don't become so impressed by someone's strength that you become indifferent to their suffering.

Strong people suffer, too.

And sometimes the people who appear to have it all together are the very ones who need someone to recognize they're hurting.

TRUTH IS…

Managing it is NOT the same as healing from it.

You can become so good at surviving what hurt you that nobody even realizes you're still suffering underneath it.

Just because you've learned to live with it doesn't mean you've healed from it.

Some things have had you bent over long enough. The weight, the pressure, the pain, the things life has thrown your way…but God never intended for you to stay in that position!

It’s time to STRAIGHTEN UP!

Luke 13:10-17 reminds us that what had someone bound for years only took ONE encounter with Jesus to change!

And today at Axis, we witnessed what happens when the Word goes forth and people respond!

You don’t have to leave the same way you came! 🙌🏾
