Did you know Baby Steps has a student organization on campus? Our Student Organization raises awareness about Baby Steps and its mission to support Student-Moms facing an unplanned pregnancy! Each semester, members are able to support Student-Moms and their Tiny Tigers by volunteering for childcare, events, and so much more. We are so thankful for everyone who makes Baby Steps possible!

Student-Moms! For tonight’s Enrichment Event, we have a guest coming to teach us about credit and home ownership! We are so excited to spend this time together and learn essential skills!

Do you have a skill or knowledge of a topic that would benefit our Student-Moms? We would love to have you as a guest speaker for our Enrichment Events! From infant developmental stages to financial literacy to flower arranging, there is an opportunity for everyone!

WE ARE HIRING! We are looking for a Resident Assistant to live at our Baby Steps house and provide live-in support for our Student-Moms! This position is a great fit for someone in graduate school or who works another day job and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Student-Moms! This requires you to live on site and rent, utilities, a food stipend and counseling are provided.

Judgment, stigma, and lack of resources leave Student-Moms feeling isolated and unsupported with no safe place to turn. They do not have access to crucial resources like housing, support, or community, leaving them restricted and defined by their circumstances. They do not believe they can have both their education and their baby.

At Baby Steps, we are deeply committed to being that unwavering support they need! We aim to provide a supportive and empowering space for every Student-Mom, without any strings attached.
