Please join us in reviving the healing and life-generating spirit of connection at the 2026 Tribal Canoe Journeys. The Tao Tatala was restored and blessed by the Tao builders in 2025. This year, our first Indigenous Youth Ambassador, Si Mateneng, will paddle the tatala in the Salish Sea to participate in the Tribal Canoe Journeys. He will also lead a small delegation presenting the indigenous Taiwanese cultures at the opening ceremony of the Final Protocol on the Nisqually Reservation. Your donation will make a measurable difference to our efforts.

The Marshall Islands 47th anniversary
On Friday May 22nd, 2026, Indigenous Bridges attended the 47th anniversary of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. It was a spectacular event with dancers from Taiwan and the Marshall Islands performing traditional songs and dance. Ambassador Kattil and her office put together a fantastic evening. The buffet dinner was excellent and displayed very well. There were also displays of items from the Marshall Islands. We were able to visit with old friends and make new ones during the evening.
Ambassador Orrukem from Palau and Ambassador Faavae from Tuvalu were also present as well as many dignitaries and government officials.
I will visit with the Ambassador in the next couple of weeks and discuss "Our Journey VII".
