As school approaches, many families with little ones in the NICU are balancing more than just back-to-school shopping. Let’s come together as a community to help lighten their load! Items Needed:

📓 Notebooks & folders
✏️ Pencils, crayons, markers
🎒 Backpacks & lunch boxes
✂️ Glue sticks, scissors, rulers
🧼 Hand sanitizer & wipes
🧡 Encouraging notes or cards!

🎉 Two Years Home! 🎉

Today we celebrate a huge milestone—our sweet miracle has been home for two whole years! 💕 From NICU warrior to thriving toddler, her journey has been our inspiration every step of the way.
To honor this special day, Project 4:14 had the joy of donating over 40 cozy blankets and 20 beautifully handmade bows and hats to families currently in the NICU—families walking the same difficult road we once did. 💜🧸✨

Every stitch and ribbon was made with love, hope, and a deep understanding of the strength it takes to walk through the NICU journey. To all the NICU families out there: you are not alone. We see you. We stand with you. And we’re here for you.

Also an amazing thank you to our partner Choosing Colette for donating so many beautiful Bows, hats, and more for these families to receive! Thank you so much to all of our crochet friends who continue to donate and supply these outreaches. I have stated before, but my family is extremely busy and even though we have a lot on our plate, we still have families coming in weekly with needs and packages to go out! So if you have it on your heart to become a part of this beautiful ministry, please don’t hesitate!!

Two years ago today, we brought our daughter home from the NICU after six long, emotional, hope-filled months. I still remember the wires, the monitors, the sleepless nights, and the quiet prayers whispered beside her isolette. There were days we weren’t sure how we’d make it, but somehow—by grace, by strength, by love—we did.

Bringing her home wasn’t just an ending, it was a beginning. A new chapter of healing, of growth, and of deep gratitude. Watching her now—so full of life, laughter, and resilience—it’s hard to believe how tiny and fragile she once was. She is our miracle, and her story has become a light for others.

Because of her journey, we’ve made it a mission to support families walking the same road we once did. Whether it’s a care package, a message of encouragement, or just sitting in silence with a parent who feels overwhelmed—we bless others today because we know that pain. And we know the power of hope. So To every NICU parent out there: you are not alone. There’s life beyond these walls, joy after the fear, and strength you never knew you had.

Happy homecoming anniversary, esther. You’ve already changed the world. 💛

We’re excited to kick off our Back-to-School Donation Drive for NICU families through Project 4:14! Many parents with babies in the NICU are facing unimaginable stress, and preparing older siblings for school can be an added burden. We want to ease that load by providing backpacks, school supplies, and a little extra love to these families during this challenging time. If you’d like to help, we’re collecting donations now—every bit makes a difference! Let’s show up for these families the way they need it most.

Basic Supplies:
• Backpacks
• Notebooks (wide and college ruled)
• Folders with pockets
• Loose-leaf paper
• Index cards
• Pens (blue, black, red)
• Pencils ( #2 and mechanical)
• Pencil sharpeners

We are still here, still we stand.

Just in the last month our daughter had 3 ER visits for 3 separate illnesses, one hospitalization, 2 virtual appointments, 6 therapies, 4 specialist appointments 3+ hours away one way to see All with two parents working full time 50+ hours a week and myself starting a new career - school.

This to say- we’ve been so busy but blessed. and still in the midst of our chaos, excitingly planning future events, outreaches, giveaways, support networks and future projects for parents who are struggling with the challenges of being a NICU/ICU/high risk parent and we strive to support every parent to the fullest extent as much as physically possible for what we can do. We hope that even during our quiet chaos you can still stick around and bear with us as we figure out what every new day and obstacle carries.

-Our next public outreach will be supplying resources to a pregnancy resource center hopefully out of country(this will be our third and we are ecstatic)

- next up- Fourth of July! All things red white and blue for our local NICU. We have a multitude of hats and blankets we hope to send off for our LVL3 but we would love to connect with anyone who had a specific interest in this project

- we are always in need of support along the lines of physical supplies, crocheted hats, blankets, gently used preemie clothing, chapsticks,fobs, notebooks, mementos, prayer cloths, scent hearts, and anything you could think to bless these families with. We have been BLESSED with our beautiful friends who create handmade crochet hats for our babies and we could not do what we do without them!! If you’re interested in supplying , joining or blessing our ministry please reach out to see how you can be plugged in!

We are still pushing forward every month to do as much as we can for families of all kinds and our next goal will be SCHOOL SUPPLIES for parents who have children in the NICU and in school. This was such a huge turnout we would love to keep it running for year 3! Over the next 3 months (til July) we will be collecting the following

Our goal is 20 and last year we met exactly what we needed as well!! Thank you again for the love you give 🤍

Most importantly if you know a high risk, a NICU parent , PICU parent who is in need of support- resources- love: please continue to send them to us. I don’t care how busy my life may be this is and will always be a passion of mine to use my experience and endurance I have been through to help another family realize they aren’t alone, that someone sees them and will be able to stand with them as they face their challenges. Our care packages are free to families all over the world and we have yet to meet a family we can’t help in our 34 states, 2 countries, nearly 2000 families and we have no plans on stopping anytime soon

So Thank you again for your patience in this season.

Using AI because unfortunately, it didn’t cross my mind to take a picture of the contents of these boxes

But two more packages were mailed off this morning to two separate families north and south who are celebrating their precious babies arrivals. One of these babies in particular is a set of twins with a very serious heart condition and both packages and families of course just keep in mind this week as you pray for them, pray for the specifics of their children’s organs, hearts, minds, and total health

I want to specifically think the women who messaged me requesting these boxes be sent and for allowing us to have the opportunity to reach out and bless these parents in every way we can. Thank you crochets and additionally Choosing Colette for always supplying us with beautiful bows, blankets scented hearts And more!

Again, I wish I could have gotten a picture beforehand of the beautiful blankets and more we were able to compile into it, but who knows maybe we will get a chance to hear back! Until then, if you know any families who are in need of emotional physical or mental support, we are here in every way! 🖤

Happy Tuesday!

We have been busy as our founder has started a new career change and is still processing families, donations and outreaches left and right. Our focus still remains true to our mission of providing support for all

Thank you to our precious volunteers at Warm Up America who donated these precious preemie hats!! They were true to size for micros and we are currently in the works of, but these special hats will be sent off to a pregnancy resource center in Maine to help with families who may need emotional and physical support during their NICU stay and post partum. This will also be our THIRTY FOURTH state to be added to our list of places we have reached. Our hands our full, our arms are blessed.

Another TREMENDOUS thank you to emmallie in our city who helped collect over 500 diapers, formula, pacifiers and womens products to donate in honor of project 4:14 to a local foster care center in our area that is dedicated to serving babies, children, teens and more! We are every bit of our community and doing what we can where we can. As always if you have a heart to donate and would like to bless our organization in whatever way. Nothing truly goes to waste. We allocate and send off what we can to where we can, and who will be able to receive it to no cost to the families.

We are forever thankful for the hands that keep this organization working and as we have two parents and three babies to send out to this week, one of these precious babies has a very serious heart condition and needs ALL of the prayers. (Specifically HLHS) and this is a big condition, but our god is bigger. If you would like to sponsor one of these packages,support one of these parents or help allocate resources we need any and all help!

Its almost march already!?!

We are so very excited for our next event which will be our donation to a level three NICU in our residing city and possibly in additional to celebrate Saint patties in the Nicu. On top of green hats and lucky charms, we will also be collecting to donate gently used children’s books as well. These can range from any age, but being vocal with your micro preemie is so important in their development and building your relationship and to celebrate reading across America we decided again this year to combine both!

Happy Valentine’s Day to all of our wonderful friends and followers. Thank you again to Laura and nyssa and all the other sponsors and donors who made this possible!

This is our second Valentine’s Day fulfillment we have done with this specific NICU since it was also the Nicu that saved my daughter ! it is such an honor to be able to return regularly and bless these families to help them realize they aren’t alone, someone sees them and knows how they feel!
