We will be participating in the Auburn Christmas Parade on Sunday the 7th! Be sure to come out and join us as we celebrate with the community in our VFW float! Keep an eye out for the weather as we hope the rain will clear up before then!

Student veterans from Auburn University and The University of Alabama completed a powerful show of unity and resilience this week as they wrapped up the annual 151-mile Operation Iron Ruck, a multi-day march bringing attention to the crisis of veteran su***de.

The march began last Wednesday at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa. It concluded Saturday at Jordan-Hare Stadium, where participants delivered the Iron Bowl game ball—continuing a tradition that turns rivalry week into a display of shared purpose among those who have served.

Founded in 2018, Operation Iron Ruck is organized by the Auburn Student Veterans Association and The University of Alabama Student Veterans of America.

The game ball was delivered, bonds were made, and there will be memories to last a lifetime.

This feat was only possible because of people like you that supported us the entire way.

OIR 2025 has officially concluded, but the mission remains. Until 22 becomes 0, our job is not over.
