Congratulations to the Cross Country Team on a successful and record-breaking season! Here is a note from Coach Ward and the results of the Final Meet:

"I just wanted to say how awesome all your kiddos did at finals. Below are the results in case you were not able to see their placement.

4th/5th grade girls race
Carter Ayles 13th place

4th/5th grade boys race
Zephyr Boyle 26th place
Quinn Franklin 27th place

6th/7th/8th grade girls race
Charlotte Hatash*ta 12th place
Amilya Boughton 33rd place

6th/7th/8th grade boys race
Travis Ward 2nd place
Adam Reci 36th place

I also wanted to share with you some new record holders. When the kids run a timed meet the times get stored in athletic.net with previous EV Cain runners. These times were taken from the race at Railhead Park hosted by Placer High School. Some of these guys made top 10! That's pretty cool.

Charlotte Hatash*ta - 7:25.1 ranked #3
Carter Ayles - 8:08.3 ranked #5
Amilya Boughton - 9:48.0 ranked #9

BOYS
Travis Ward - 6:00.4 ranked #1
