Construction on a new facility which will house the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) began recently. It is projected to be completed in the spring of 2015 so the first class of students can begin in the fall of 2015. The mission of VCOM is to train physicians who will end up serving rural and medically underserved areas.
