Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage The Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage is a program of Champions for Life, Inc., in Auburn, NY.

The Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage exists to offer families who have children with life threatening illnesses or debilitating medical or developmental disorders a place of respite and relaxation during their time of great need. The BBHC offers families with children who have a life threatening illness or debilitating medical condition a chance to take a break from the stressful reality of hospital

s, doctors, and treatments. Named in memory of Brian Bisgrove, who battled brain cancer courageously and with great faith, we want to honor Brian's fight by bringing to life his vision of a peaceful, tranquil respite for families with children who were battling great odds. When Brian was ill, he would often go to Everest Park, site of the BBHC, for the peace and solace it offers. At Everest, in the fields, at the pavilion near the pond, on the trails, and in the woods, Brian felt the love, peace, and presence of God. He wanted the park to be a place where families could go to reconnect, to recover, to pray, and to know some small measure of peace during turbulent times.
