CNY Dog Owners Group We are the funding/support organization behind Lakeside Dog Park. Our Committee did all the legwork and fundraising to get the park built!

CNY Dog Owners Group spearheaded the effort to bring an off-leash dog park to the shores of Owasco Lake at Emerson Park. It took over 5 years to bring the dream to reality. The park was completed and opened to the public in November 2015! Our annual fundraiser DOGFEST! is held every summer at the park. Hello Dog Park patrons!

As all should know - proper vaccinations are required for all dogs using Lakeside Dog Park! That includes KENNEL COUGH

The following message was received from someone who brought their dogs to the Park on Sunday November 29:

Good evening . I am requesting an advisement to be posted . We visited the dog park this Sunday 11/29 . We have been informed by our Veterinarian that both our dogs have kennel cough . There was many other dogs at the park that day. I would like the owners to be aware so they may look for signs from their dogs . As we know kennel cough is highly contagious. Thank you.

PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNER. ANY dog in regular contact with other dogs in a dog park setting should receive KENNEL COUGH vaccination regularly!
