To our valued customers, It is with great regret that we announce our forthcoming closure, with our last day of operation being Wednesday, March 4th. This decision was not taken lightly, but due to escalating operational expenses and the absence of a corresponding increase in the handling fee, maintaining a viable profit margin has become unsustainable. Notably, NYSEG has increased by over 100% from the previous year, while the handling fee has remained static since 2009. Furthermore, prolonged wait times for pickups, sometimes up to three weeks, result in delayed payments and frequent discrepancies of $200 to $500, necessitating extensive follow-up efforts to rectify these issues. These factors have cumulatively led to this decision . We sincerely appreciate your support over the past 12 and a half years.❤️❤️
