We are able to provide funds for the community…Christmas for Kids, See’s Candy for Soldiers overseas and the community as well as Scholarships for young adults about to enter College or trade schools because of hard work by volunteers and See’s Candy…pop up sale of Candy during November and December every year.

Auburn Kiwanis Foundation serves the greater Auburn area.

Our signature project going into our 10 th year running is Christmas for Kids…each year we take 40 kids selected by the school district and shop at Target…many of the kids are homeless…many have no Christmas at all and the rest are very needy…your contribution will help us to expand the number of children and give them a memorable Christmas.

We are looking for donations to fund the expansion…volunteers to assist and additional service organizations to help out

Auburn Kiwanis Foundation serves the greater Auburn area. Our current project in April and May is to award 13…$2000 scholarships to students at Placer, Colfax and Foresthill High Schools as well as $ 4000 to Sierra College students moving out of the orphan system

Kiwanis Auburn and Auburn Host Lions 3rd Annual Barbecue Honoring School Service Clubs…Leo Club and Key Club…it’s great to partner up with other Service Organizations and watch our young student leaders mature!

Auburn Kiwanis with 2nd round of scholarship applicants representing Placer,Colfax and Foresthill High Schools
Presentations given by each student and award winners announced in May at respective School Awards Night…just encouraging listening to our young leaders!

Auburn Kiwanis…it’s scholarship season in April…students present at April meetings…counselors attend meetings and scholarship committee determines winners…then in May Auburn Kiwanis present awards at school awards ceremony…New this year are Turn Around Scholarships (TAS) given to students who have turned their life around in high school to graduate and go onto college or trade school
