The squad leader crew makes it look easy, but what many people don't see is the incredible amount of preparation that happens long before the trip begins. Their planning, leadership, and dedication help make this an impactful experience for every volunteer, the family receiving the home, and everyone involved in the build. We can't thank SgtQ, Nick, Jesse, and Pastor Jay enough for their faithful leadership and the countless hours they pour into making Qmissions possible.

We LOVE our YWAM staff! They work tirelessly behind the scenes to make everything possible, preparing so much before we even arrive so we can build a home in just two days.

A huge thank you to Alfonso Sanchez, Hilda, Aaron, Angel, and all of the incredible staff members both on the build site and at the base. Your hard work, hospitality, and servant hearts are the foundation that makes this mission possible. We couldn't do it without you!

Squad Leader Jesse is a steady, level-headed leader who consistently steps up to care for his team. There’s something incredibly powerful about sisters serving together. Watching Liberty and Autumn serve the Lord side by side in Mexico was truly special. The love, faith, and support they shared with one another was a beautiful reminder of the impact family can have when united in service.

Doing what he does best, Billy never stops serving. Even while on the mission, he was giving fresh haircuts to the man of the household we were building for. No matter where he is, Billy is always looking for ways to use his talents to make a difference.
