While talking to your child about mental health is essential, some parents may feel that starting these conversations is like walking on eggshells. Riverside encourages caregivers to use the following strategies and engage in safe, supportive discussions that build emotional resilience.

· Practice active listening
· Choose casual moments (car rides, walks, etc.) for easier conversations
· Ask open-ended questions such as, "How have you been feeling lately?"
· Stay calm and collected even when discussing serious topics

Use the main museum garage-all parking will be validated inside the venue. Visitor drop-off is available at the main entrance, and accessible parking is located near elevators.

Stop by the Help Desk when you arrive-they’ll es**rt you or connect you with a Kiva staff member to guide you to the event space.
