🏓❤️ 3rd Annual Heroes Pickleball Tournament Recap ❤️🏓

What an incredible day for our community.

Despite the weather shifting our plans, this year’s tournament moved indoors to Regional Park in Auburn and it didn’t miss a beat.

The energy, the camaraderie, and the purpose behind it all made it one to remember.

This event was all about shining a light on an important organization in our community: Stand Up Placer and coming together to support the work they do every day. Stand Up Placer

Our “heroes” showed up in a big way…

Local fire and law enforcement, State Parks, and so many community members who came out to play, cheer, and support.

A huge thank you to Barb Fralick, Auburn Pickleball Club President, and her incredible team of volunteers who led this event.

As many if you know Randy- our trusted ARD employee that has done so much for our club is back to work after a very long illness. He had a serious bone infection that forced him to be hospitalized and his healing journey has not been easy.

What a weekend! 🏓🔥

We just wrapped up the 2nd Annual Auburn Pickleball Club vs. South Yuba Club Tournament at South Yuba Club in Grass Valley and WOW, what a showdown!

192 games were played over two action-packed days—ladies on Saturday, gents on Sunday and we saw some seriously epic battles out there. 💪🎾

When the dust settled, the final score was:�South Yuba Club – 98�Auburn Pickleball Club – 94

Huge thanks to everyone who came out to play, cheer, and make this event so special. Until next year… we’re already plotting our comeback. 😎
