Saturday Night Reflection: Summer Into Fall
There’s something about the end of summer that feels like a turning of the page. The long days begin to shorten, schedules start filling again, kids head back to school, routines return, and little by little, one season gives way to another.
Maybe you’re ready for a fresh start. Maybe you’re wishing summer could stay a little longer. Or maybe you’re stepping into this next season carrying things you thought you would have figured out by now.
Whatever this fall holds, you don’t have to have it all mapped out...God is already there, in the new routines, the new opportunities, the unexpected changes, and even the unknowns.
As summer winds down, take a moment tonight to thank God for the season behind you, release what you don’t need to carry forward, and trust Him with what comes next.
“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1
