I would to congratulate Eric Rosenquist, Neil Cooke, Luc Thibault, Patrice Leclerc, Bobby Jack Hart and the rest of the guys who traveled to Italy over the past week to compete in the World Masters. Congratulations on the Gold Medal! Great job Guys!!!

Just want to thank all of the Fast-Pitch fans who once again made the Annual tournament a huge success! The weather was great! After weeks of rain the sun shined on Happy Valley the entire weekend. Great games and the competition was spectacular. Work is already underway in preparation for next years event. Stacey Changello and Gene Anderson I can not tell you how much I appreciated your help. Every year you guys come through. A special thank you to Amy and Howard Drake. Your dedication to the tournament is a key reason for it's success. Thank you to all of the volunteers who make this event The Fast-Pitch Classic of Upstate New York!! Also Thank you to all of the teams and players and umpires who travel to the Forks year after year to keep the tradition of Fast-Pitch alive in our community!! Hope to see all of you again at the 52nd annual. July 11th, 12th and 13th 2014. Game ON!!

The 51st Annual Tournament is approaching quickly. We have made some improvements to the facility over the past weeks and the field is shaping up nicely. Looking forward to seeing all of my fast pitch friends this weekend. We have another festive Friday night planned. Music by TJ Swan and also returning this year is the fireworks display. We have a few new teams coming this year. Along with the returning teams the field is very strong and fans will be treated to some world class softball. Play begins 6:30 p.m. with the dedication between the first and second game. Fireworks and music following the conclusion of the 8:30 p.m. game. So come join us for the Fast-Pitch Classic of Upstate New York!! You wont be disappointed. Unless you miss it!

We Are having a work day at the field Saturday June 29th beginning around 9 a.m.. All help is welcome. bleacher and announcer booth repair. bathrooms need work and we are replacing the netting above the backstop. Please lend a hand if available. And just because you can't get there at 9 is not a reason to not show up at all.

Alright, just to let everyone know. We have sent our program out to be printed. I know that there has been a lot of confusion this year regarding the tournament program. Being as Cookie retired from years of service in our organization. I took this aspect of the tournament on. And it has not been an easy task. I just want to assure all of you who have not been contacted. The reason I have not contacted you is I do not have a mailing address. You have not been forgotten. Your ad will still be printed. I am sure I will run into you eventually. The same goes for anyone who received an ad form and have not had a chance to get it returned. Your ad will run again this year. Hopefully next year will go a little smoother. I apologize for any confusion caused by this new process. Program ad payment can still be mailed into P.O. Box 27, Au Sable Forks, N.Y. 12912.
