Atwood -- Join us this Memorial Day as our community comes together to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Start the morning with a donation-based breakfast hosted by the Church of Atwood Men's Fellowship, then join us at Mackville Cemetery for the Memorial Day program.

Breakfast: 7:00–9:30 AM
Program: 10:30 AM

Memorial Day is more than the start of summer — it’s a day of remembrance and gratitude.

As we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome a brand new year, the Atwood American Legion Auxiliary sends our warmest wishes to our entire community.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, participated, or supported our mission throughout the year. Together, we were able to uplift veterans, strengthen families, and serve our town with pride. 🇺🇸

We’re excited for all that 2026 will bring — new opportunities to serve, connect, and continue our commitment to Service, Not Self.

From all of us in ALA Unit 770, we wish you and your loved ones a joyful and peaceful Holiday season. 💚❤️

As we celebrate, we hold close the veterans, service members, and military families who give so much to our community and our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we enjoy the freedoms we cherish today.

Thank you to everyone who supported our projects and events this year — your generosity helped us make a meaningful impact right here in Atwood.

The Atwood American Legion Auxiliary will be making their rounds soon to look at all the decorated homes, and we already know choosing winners won’t be easy!

Winners will be announced December 14 at the Village Christmas Celebration.
(You don’t need to be present to win.)
