This month, the ACE Foundation is proud to award grants to Northwest Smile Center (Rawlins Co. Dental Clinic) and the Rawlins County Historical Society - Stevens Chapel project!

One of the goals of ACE Leadership Camp is to empower students to develop and lead a community project inspired by their own ideas. Last year, our campers worked together to plant a tree. This year, our 5th and 6th graders will be taking on a special project that requires additional planning, collaboration, and decision making.

To help guide the process, students will learn and use parliamentary procedure. This gives everyone an opportunity to share ideas in a respectful environment, build confidence in speaking and leading, and learn how to navigate differing opinions while working toward a common goal. We are excited to watch these young leaders grow and bring their project to life!
