Atwater Police Activities League 2025

Today we had our first joint community event with the Atwater Police Department. I want to thank new Chief Novetzke and his officers and staff for coming out to the free food giveaway. Community Policing is what it sounds like, the police working with the community. Chief Novetzke is a true believer in this.

Thank you to Terika from Food Para Todos. She came out and helped organized everything along with one of her worker’s Chris that actually picked up all the approximately 1700 lbs of food.

Atwater PAL President Stephanie Rivero, ATAC President Ian Rodriguez and all the others that stepped up and helped thank you!!

Councilman John Cale stopped by along with approximately 200 people in line to witness the need in our community.

Atwater PAL will be looking at possibly another such event.

I would like to encourage grocery stores, restaurants, school districts and other to reach out to Food Para Todos and donate. I witnessed the need in our community today
