We’re going to spend the next number of weeks looking at doubt, excuses and mistakes, seeing how they hinder our relationship with God and how we can do more to overcome them, by His grace and power in our lives. Coats for Hope l October 1 - 31, 2026
The Global Outreach Ministry (GO) at The Hope is partnering with Love, INC for Coats for Hope! Help us share warmth, hope, and love this winter! We are collecting new coats in sizes 2T–4X for children and youth who are in need within our community. A warm coat may seem like a simple gift, but for a child in need, it can be a tangible reminder that someone cares. Will you help us extend love to our community by giving warmth, offering hope, and sharing God’s love? Together, we can help make sure a child in our community has a warm coat this winter. Give warmth. Give hope. Share God’s love.

Drop-Off Location: Hope Coffee (2100 Fruitland Ave., Atwater)
Drop-Off Hours: Hope Coffee, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Fall Festival - Fruitland Christian Preschool l Friday, October 23, 2026
Fruitland Christian Preschool invites you and your family to their annual Fall Festival on Friday, October 23rd, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. There will be games, food, drinks and the famous Silent Auction. Entry is free. Game wrist bands and food / drinks are available to purchase. All funds raised support activities and experiences for the children at Fruitland Christian Preschool.

Women's Ministry - Brunch l Saturday, October 24, 2026
A Morning for Women to Gather & Grow! Ladies, Women's Ministry is hosting a brunch and you are warmly invited to join us for a beautiful time of food, fellowship, and Bible study on Saturday, October 24th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. If you are able, please bring a breakfast dish to share. We would love for you to join us and bring a friend!

Meals for the Homeless l Monday, October 26, 2026
The Global Outreach Team is putting together a group to cook dinner at the “D” Street Homeless Shelter (Merced) on Monday, October 26th, from 5 pm to 7 pm. Will you consider volunteering to help cook or serve? Men's Breakfast l Saturday, October 10, 2026
Calling all men! Join us for breakfast and a time of fellowship and learning as we dive into a series of teachings on what a biblical man looks like on Saturday, October 10th, at 8 am to 9:30 am in the Fireside Room. Our society and churches are longing for men to step into their God-given roles and lead their families and be strong leaders in their communities, and churches. We will be exploring what this looks like for us today by examining what the Word of God says about it.

Join us for 2nd Sunday Prayer on Sunday, October 11th, from 5:30–6:30 p.m. in the Fireside Room. Together, we'll spend time seeking God's presence and lifting up our church, our community, our nation, and the needs of those around us through prayer.
