All kids that won an award during the market sheep, market showmanship, carcass, skillathon, rate of gain, or the breeding sheep show. Please pick up your thank you cards for your trophy sponsor. Fill them out and return them by 2 pm on Sunday. Pick them up and drop them back off in the office pen which is the last pen in the champion row.

Market lamb class lists are posted on the bulletin board by the wash rack. Please make sure you sign up for OME if you have 2 sheep, dress a lamb and the cloverbud lamb show if your cloverbud wants to be with a specific older member!

▪️SHEEP MUST BE IN THEIR PEN AND CHECKED IN AT 5 PM TODAY BEFORE GOING TO THE SCALE YOU WILL BE RELEASED 1 ROW AT A TIME TO GO WEIGH!
▪️Come in off fairgrounds road down the main asphalt drive in the general parking lot and then enter the gate between the Hamilton Arena and the bathroom and exit out the Horse Gate.
▪️DUNF MUST BE COMPLETED! You need to complete 1 form for every market animal coming to the fair.

▪️Lambs need to use their 3 digit county fair tag number for their dunf form.
▪️TSC donated 5 gallon water buckets for all of the sheep kids to have a bucket!
▪️Sheep need to be fed every morning by 9 am!

Carcass viewing is TONIGHT at 5:30 pm at Kiko Meats. All carcass participants and their families are welcome to attend!

Below is the link is for CARCASS LAMB exhibitors dunf. THIS IS ONLY FOR YOUR CARCASS LAMBS NOT YOUR FAIR LAMBS. You must have this completed before coming to the fairgrounds this Sunday the 16th. Please arrive between 3:30 and 4 pm will a clean/dry lamb, a 4x6 printed photo and your buyers info and cut sheet. You will enter the fairgrounds off Fairgrounds road through the general parking lot then come in the gate between the Hamilton Arena and the Hoffman House(bathroom) and exit out the horse arena gate.
