Community Care Services' Young Parents Support Program Young Parents Support Program is a home-visitor services available free of charge to young parents. Participants are eligible through the age of twenty-three.

The Young Parents Support Program is a supportive,
confidential program designed to meet the needs of expecting and/or parenting families. Our services are free. A flexible appointment schedule is available and visits are home-based. Services are open to the residents of Attleboro, Berkley, Dighton,
Mansfield, North Attleboro, Norton, Raynham,Rehoboth, Seekonk, and Taunton. While our home visitor

services are open only to residents of the above-mentioned areas, our page is a forum for all young parents to gain support.
