She shared PYP's mission and vision with so many employees who chose to take time out of their day to honor and celebrate women from all walks of life. This kind of intentional support matters. Every day, women reach out to Pave Your Path ready to take their next step — to rebuild confidence, find stability, and start meaningful careers.

For many, that step is made possible by a simple act, a donor who decides to put their DAF funds to work. Across the country, billions of dollars sit in donor-advised funds waiting for direction. Yet those same funds could be paving real paths for women today.

Last month, participants received free professional headshots and makeup services thanks to the incredible generosity of two of our Board members, Lois Gordon (makeup and photography) and Michelle Lundquist (photography), who donated their time and talents. The results were stunning, and seeing our participants’ confidence come alive in front of the camera was absolute magic. We are deeply grateful to be able to create opportunities like this for the women we support to truly shine. ✨
