Thank you, Mansfield Women of Today! We appreciate the support.

We're excited to welcome Erin Lynch as our new Interim Executive Director! ✨

This transition is intentional, designed to help Pave Your Path make the most of our resources as we expand our outreach, while keeping things running smoothly for the future.

Erin brings 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience and currently serves as CEO of WeBreathe Wellness. Drawing on her background in Therapeutic Recreation, along with her own experience overcoming poverty and loss, she's dedicated to helping individuals and organizations build resilience.

This new chapter builds on the strong foundation our founder, Gail Mocklin, has created over nearly eight years. And Gail isn't going anywhere! She'll take on a “Founder” role and remain active on our Board as a community ambassador.

Our mission stays the same, and Erin is looking forward to working closely with our community as we continue helping women build financial and emotional self-sufficiency. Welcome to the team, Erin! 💙

While PYP is unable to attend Attleboro Pride this afternoon due to illness, our heart is there, today and every day, with our LGBTQIA+ community members. Happy Pride! 🏳️‍🌈

After 8 wonderful years as Executive Director of Pave Your Path, I have some exciting news to share. We are officially launching our search for a new Executive Director.
Founding this organization and leading it has been one of the greatest honors of my life. As I transition into a Founder/Ambassador/Outreach role, I am not stepping away. I am stepping into the work I love most, championing our mission, deepening relationships, and continuing to grow the impact we make together.
If you know someone who is a visionary leader, passionate about our mission, and ready to take Pave Your Path to the next level, I would love an introduction. Please share our job posting widely. - Gail Mocklin
