Track is back! Our summer track series starts next Tuesday, June 2nd at Foxboro High School. Meet around 6:00pm for your warm up and drills officially start at 6:15pm. Our track session includes, warmup, drills, coached intervals and a cool down. If you have any questions or are thinking about joining, let us know!

We’ve got a really fun great run coming up this week! Join us this Thursday 05/28 at 6:30pm at the Flannel Cow in Mansfield. We’ll be doing a 4 mile loop then stay for ice cream after the run! It’ll be a fun & unique way to kick off summer running.

Hey runner friends! We’ve got a special version of our normal Sunday Coffee Run coming up. Join us this Sunday, 05/24 at 8:30am for a shoe demo with Zappos, a 3 mile group run and then stay for coffee at Copper City Espresso afterwards! Please note the earlier start time, we’ll be meeting on the common across the street to try on shoes then head out for the run shortly afterwards. Since we’re experiencing some very warm days, it’s a good time to review hot weather running tips!

⏰ Timing : Consider running earlier or later than normal to avoid peak hours
💦 Hydrate : Carry water or electrolytes with you or plan your routes around water fountains
📈 Route : Plan a route that has a lot of shade to avoid direct sun
🧢 Gear : Wear breathable light colored clothing, consider a hat or sunglasses and don’t forget sunblock

It will take your body a while to acclimate to warmer temperatures so don’t be afraid to slow down, incorporate walk breaks or consider a shorter route.
