A Permanent Place of Honor: The Attica Veterans Memorial 🇺🇸

We are inviting our community to help us pave a path of remembrance. The Attica Veterans Memorial Association is now accepting dedications for inscribed memorial bricks, which will be permanently featured in the front entrance walkway of the Legion Post.

This is a unique opportunity to honor those who served and ensure their legacy is woven into the very fabric of our local history.

The Details:

A Lasting Tribute: 4" x 8" Inscribed Bricks

Location: American Legion Entrance Walkway

Contribution: $100 per memorial brick

walkway for a veteran, clearly print the text to be engraved on the attached order form.
The bricks are 4" x 8". The cost will be $100.

Looking at the feasibility of an engraved brick fundraiser.

Would you buy an engraved brick with your family's/or friend's Veteran's name, rank, service to be honored in front of the American Legion on Market Street?

I'd have 661 spaces available. Tenantive pricing just north of $125-$143 and we'd need to sell at least half to make it profitable.

We would use an area engraver.

Please ONLY react to this post if you would buy a brick.

Do not ask the bartenders, wait staff or others. Just looking to gage local interest so far.

The Sons of the American Legion would like to say - Thank You to all who purchased a Chicken BBQ dinner this past Sunday (Oct 20th) . Also Thank You to all the Sons and Auxiliary members who helped in the preparation. And also a special Thank You to Jenn Holt for your generosity in the food prep and donation that made this possible, It was a great success for the Sons of the Legion.

If anybody wishes to purchase a ticket on line with paypal or venmo send me a message, thanks.

It is advised to purchase tickets ahead of time (before Monday October 14th) as there is a very limited number of tickets available on day of sale.
