During the rainy season, the state hospital in Managua is the closest to Siuna, Nicaragua, but is inaccessible from the nearby village due to the dirt road and river being impassable. We aim to provide essential supplies such as medical supplies, school materials, hygiene products, and food provisions. Helping Hands International will deliver basic medical care to the community, with a focus on providing much-needed care for the elderly and children.

Deliciousness is on its way!
We are running a fundraiser from June 7th - July 7th to raise money for Helping Hands Intl Inc.
Our foundation will be traveling to Siuna, Nicaragua. This village has no hospitals, no schools, or food market near by. The villagers have to travel by foot 30-40 minutes to reach the nearest city.
We will aid these locals with food, clothes, supplies.

Nicaragua is one of the poorest nations in the continental Americas. With a population of 6.5 million, the country’s chronic cycle of poverty has links with high inequality between urban and rural populations, dependency on agricultural exports, natural disasters, insufficiency of the necessary resources to get their basic needs such as nourishment , hygiene , medical and so much more.
This is were Helping Hands Intl. gets involved and any aid from cooperations goes directly to the beneficiaries of the foundation.
The financing funds are executed 100% transparently and strengthen the different programs that the foundation develops.
Helping hundreds of vulnerable children in Nicaragua, specifically in the villages of Siuna, rural area, located 318 kilometers from the capital Managua.

HHI Intellectual Achievement Scholarship is a program designed to assist students with intellectual disabilities who are High School graduating seniors. For students from low-income families, college can be a massive catch-22 and that is why HHI's mission is to eliminate barriers to students with high financial need would have a better chance to break the cycle of generational poverty, and to ensure they have the opportunity to thrive through equitable pathways to education and training.
The scholarships provide with an opportunity to alleviate college costs and have an opportunity to attend college and pursue the type of degree program they need to achieve their personal and professional goals; in spite of any disabilities, or income barriers they may have. The student must be enrolled in an individualized program of study for up to two years at an eligible post-secondary institution.
