What does a childcare center designed with families in mind look like? 👶

The plans for the Lakin Foundation Child Development Center of Atlantic go beyond simply creating more childcare space. The center is being designed to support children at different stages of their early years while creating an environment where they can learn, play and grow.

Plans include care for children from infancy through age 5,
smaller age-range rooms, an inclusive playground, access to Jack & Jill Preschool and dedicated spaces for enrichment activities.

It’s another piece of creating a community where families can build their lives, employers can support their workforce and children have opportunities to thrive.
