One Iowa is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator beginning in October 2024. If you have a strong commitment to LGBTQ+ liberation, experience in community outreach, and the ability to manage multiple projects, this could be the perfect role for you!

As Program Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and implementing our programming, facilitating community trainings, and building connections across Iowa. You'll also have the opportunity to lead key initiatives like our LGBTQ+ Leadership Institute and Health and Wellness Conference.

Position: Program Coordinator
Location: Des Moines, IA (Remote/In-person hybrid)
Salary: Starting at $43,000 + benefits

We're looking for someone with a background in community organizing, social work, or public health who can approach their work from an intersectional lens. Experience in grant work and public speaking is a plus.
