How fortunate I am to be able to spend the week with the most beautiful girls (inside and out) in the state 🥰

Each day was filled with giggling, dancing, singing, and fun. I am forever thankful for everyone I spent the week and have made memories with. I am so proud to call each of our hardworking and funny ladies my sisters.

With only one day left until Miss New Jersey check-in, I am so grateful for everything the Shore Family has done to help prepare me 🥰

I had so much fun at the Almonesson United Methodist Church presenting the children’s message and at the sendoff dinner.

So thankful for my directors, sisters, and the constant laughter! Less than 24 hours until Miss New Jersey takes on Atlantic City! 🏙️

Wishing everyone a happy and safe Memorial Day weekend 🇺🇸

For as long as I can remember I have attended the Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery to honor those who have served. This event holds an extra special place in my heart as I always place my first two flags at my late father and late stepfathers stones.

Today, I had to honor of attending the meeting, receiving a $500 scholarship, presenting my abstract, and having the joy of seeing my essay published in The Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Journal of Florida Literature Volume 37!

I am so deeply and truly honored to have been chosen as a winner of the Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Writing Award and to see my essay published. 📖

The day was a fun filled conference, from presenting my abstract, listening to and meeting so many authors and having great conversations, I was constantly excited. I learned so much more about Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings and the history and change she created. I am forever grateful to my professor Dr. Ashely Lear for encouraging and helping me to submit my essay, she truly is an amazing professor who loves and cares for her students.

And of course I visited the bookstore down the road that is known for its mixture of new and used books as well as board games 😁📚

Danced the night away at the Miss New Jersey Gala 💖

Forever happy that I got to spend the weekend with my favorite girls in the whole world! I was especially excited that I got to spend the night with my Miss New Jersey Little Sister Billie Jean!

The sisterhood is by far one of the best things about the Miss New Jersey Organization, and I can’t wait to spend even more time with my 22 sisters in just a few week 💖

As I sit waiting to fly back to school for finals season, I can’t help to feel so grateful for being able to see my favorite girls this weekend!
